Place 1 peeled and quartered hard boil egg, 1 can drained, solid tuna, and 2 cups baby arugula in a bowl (you can use other if you don’t have arugula, I used a mix). Toss with honey mustard or other salad dressing to coat (I like balsamic vinaigrette). Sprinkle dried cranberries. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
