Cook a 85-g pkg plain ramen noodles according to package directions, adding 1 cup of frozen peas and a couple of chopped broccoli forests during the last few minutes of cooking. Rinse under cold running water and drain well. Stir in one thinly sliced green onion, 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro and some chopped toasted nuts (to taste). Whisk 1/2 tsp curry powder into 2 Tbsp oil and vinegar dressing. Toss with noodles and season with salt to taste.
